Local GA4 and Google Ads Exporter Privacy Policy

The Local GA4 and Google Ads Exporter is an internal, owner-operated utility. It uses official Google APIs to create read-only local exports for Sydney VIP Boat Charters. It is not offered as a public or third-party analytics service.

Who operates this tool

The tool is operated by Sydney VIP Boat Charters for authorised internal business reporting and archival purposes.

Google data accessed

After the Google account holder grants permission, the exporter may access:

Aggregate Google Analytics 4 reporting data, including traffic, engagement, acquisition, events, device and geographic summaries, and available revenue metrics. Accessible Google Analytics property metadata and configuration, such as property details, data streams, key events, custom definitions and audiences. Google Ads account metadata, campaign and advertising configuration, targeting, conversion configuration, and aggregate historical performance reports. Account and property identifiers needed to identify the resources selected by the authorised account holder.

The exporter is not designed to retrieve user-level personal data. Google may apply retention limits, privacy thresholds and other restrictions to API results.

Authentication information

OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally on the authorised owner's computer and used only to make requested Google API calls. The exporter never asks for or stores a Google password, passkey, two-factor authentication code or recovery code.

How data is used

Google data is used only to create the local exports requested by the authorised business owner, validate those files, and support later owner-directed analysis. The tool does not use Google data for advertising, profiling, resale, or unrelated purposes.

Storage, disclosure and security

Exports and credentials are stored on the authorised owner's local computer. Google data is not sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to third parties by the exporter. Local file permissions and the computer's operating-system security controls are used to restrict access.

Retention and deletion

Local exports remain until the owner deletes them. Locally stored OAuth credentials remain until deleted or revoked. The owner can revoke access through Google Account permissions and can delete the local export and credential files at any time.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy , including its Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated if the exporter's operation or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
